How It Works for Renters

Browse available cars, trucks and RVs, and review the listing details and rental requirements.
02. Request your dates
Submit a rental request with your preferred dates and contact details. A request is not a confirmed booking.
03. Confirm and pay
Once availability, eligibility, insurance arrangements, pricing and deposit terms are confirmed, complete the agreed booking and payment process.
04. Pick up and return
Coordinate pickup or approved delivery with the host, inspect the vehicle, and return it according to the rental agreement.
For vehicle owners
How It Works for Hosts
Apply to list your vehicle and manage rental requests from your host account.
01. Register as a host
Create your host account and provide the information requested in the registration form.
02. Submit your vehicle
Add your vehicle details, photos, proposed rates and availability through the host dashboard.
03. Await approval
Rent With Regis reviews submissions before listings are published. Approval and listing availability are not automatic.
04. Coordinate bookings
Once approved, review inquiries and follow confirmed booking, handoff and return procedures. Payment and payout terms must be agreed separately.
